FAQ

  How soon will my order arrive?

Here at Garden Gear we understand you need your garden products and gifts to be with you as soon as possible! We aim to dispatch your goods within two days of receiving your order - and frequently we dispatch the next day if items are in stock.

However, we do ask you to allow up to 10 working days for delivery - just in case.

  What delivery service do you use?

Orders are sent out using Royal Mail or by a carrier service, depending on the weight and size of the package.

  Do you deliver outside the UK?

Unfortunately not, at the moment.

  How can I pay?

We prefer you to order from us through the website and pay by Paypal.

This allows us to accept payment by credit card, debit card, bank transfer or alternatively from your PayPal account. We will also accept personal cheques and postal orders. If you wish to pay by personal cheque or postal order you will need to send us an email detailing which products you would like to order, along with your name and delivery address details.

We will then email you back to let you know the total cost of the order.

Cheques and postal orders should be made payable to Garden Gear and your name and address should be written on the reverse side of the cheque. If paying by cheque your order will not be dispatched until the cheque has cleared.

 

  How are your delivery charges calculated?

The following delivery charges, including packaging apply to orders being delivered in the UK mainland, excluding the Scottish highlands. If you live in the UK but outside the mainland or in the Scottish highlands please contact us for revised delivery charges. These charges will be automatically added to your total when you checkout on the website.

Orders up to £10 - £1.95
Orders between £10-£25 - £2.95
Orders over £25 - £5

 

  My order hasn't arrived - what should I do?

In the unlikely event of your order not arriving in the delivery time specified, we ask you to first check it is not being held with your local Royal Mail delivery office. Then contact us.

  Can I pay by credit card over the phone?

We're sorry, but we only accept payment through the methods specified above. We don't have the facility to take payments by telephone.

  Can you Gift Wrap my Order?
