General

  • How can I pay?

    We prefer you to order from us through the website and pay either via Paypal or SagePay.

    This allows us to accept payment by credit card, debit card, bank transfer or alternatively from your PayPal account. We will also accept personal cheques and postal orders. If you wish to pay by personal cheque or postal order you will need to send us an email detailing which products you would like to order, along with your name and delivery address details.

    We will then email you back to let you know the total cost of the order.

    Cheques and postal orders should be made payable to:

    Your name and address should be written on the reverse side of the cheque. If paying by cheque your order will not be dispatched until the cheque has cleared.

  • Can I pay by credit card over the phone?

    We now have the facility to accept card payments over the phone - we are always happy to talk to our customers!

  • Can you Gift Wrap my Order?

Delivery & Returns

  • How soon will my order arrive?

    Here at Garden Gear we understand you need your garden products and gifts to be with you as soon as possible! We aim to dispatch your goods within 3 working days of receiving your order.

    However, we do ask you to allow up to 10 working days for delivery - just in case.

  • What delivery service do you use?

    Orders are dispatched via Royal Mail 48 service or a carrier service, depending on the weight and size of the package.

  • Do you deliver outside the UK?

    Unfortunately not, at the moment.

  • How are your delivery charges calculated?

    The following delivery charges, including packaging apply to orders being delivered in the UK mainland, excluding the Scottish highlands. If you live in the UK but outside the mainland or in the Scottish highlands please contact us for revised delivery charges. These charges will be automatically added to your total when you checkout on the website.

    Orders up to 9.99 - 1.95
    Orders between 10-24.99 - 2.95
    Orders 25 and over - 5.00

  • My order hasn't arrived - what should I do?

    In the unlikely event of your order not arriving in the delivery time specified, we ask you to first check it is not being held with your local Royal Mail collection office. Then contact us.
