From the Garden Gear range of heritage chilli seeds, the Scotch Bonnet pepper is one of the hottest chillis in the world. Found mainly in the Caribbean and Maldives, it is named for its resemblance to a Scottish Tam o'Shanter. The colour of the fruit changes as it ripens from green to yellow and finally a bright red.
